Monochromatic colour schemes, especially with a strong colour, are a bold and stylish choice. I was thrilled to work with @graceandsaviour last December on this wedding @cashelpalace beautifully captured by @undertheveilweddings. I'd forgotten about this bouquet from early summer until I came across this picture this morning. I love, love, love those fluffy pulsatilla seed heads, they are the stand out feature of the bouquet, and although you can buy them in, they do not travel well, so being able to cut from the garden is ideal. It's the perfect illustration of why being a grower as well as a florist is a advantage.... Dreamy summer meadow altar in the softest palette of whites and lemons, bringing a touch of romance to the boathouse in @sheenfalls. When it comes to your bouquet, take your time and don't be swayed by fashion or what you think you should have. Talk to your florist and take their guidance - they will take into account your dress, build and style. Look at images online and make a board of the style of flowers and bouquets that speak to you. Spent an inspiring morning at @saatchi_gallery for the last day of the Flowers exhibition, so glad I made it! I don't take enough time out to just create with flowers, so today I invited @behind__the__wall and @periwinklecottageflowers to join me for a day of creativity.
